Helping Families Access Affordable Homes (HeFAAH)
HeFAAH is our affordable housing initiative to help families purchase affordable homes by providing free credit repair workshops and continuing financial literacy.
HeFAAH's goal is to help bridge the wealth gap by increasing homeownership in lower- income neighborhoods.

USDA DIRECT LOANS
We are excited to be packaging USDA DIRECT LOANS and further helping low-income household obtain the goal of homeownership.
This program will roll out this coming spring and future homeowners will be able to apply for their USDA DIRECT home loan with us.
Benefits of program
$0 down payment which means 100% financing on all loans
No credit score requirement (we will evaluate credit report )
Loan limits up to 336k! (varies from county to county)
Can be used to purchase new construction homes, modular pre-fab homes, manufactured homes
Home must be located in USDA eligible areas
Buyers have option to have home loan payments subsidized by USDA. Meaning USDA will pay a portion of home loan. (subject to repayment)
Must meet income limits (varies by county)
